Overview Of The Service We Provide

Initial interview to accertain as to whether or not a Loft Conversion is possible, general plan of requirements and quotation of cost involved.

We supply a full written statement of work to be done a Federation of Master Builders plain English Conract to cover both the client and ourselves.

The Architect then visits the client to measure and take final instruction on the build required before drawing the plans.

Plans drawn and satisfaction meeting with the client they are then submitted to the relevant authority for relevant planning permisssion/ building regulations.

Total build then takes place to blank canvas stage whereby the client decorates to there own taste.
On completion all certificates are supplied together with a five year written gaurantee.
