We aim to supply a Loft Conversion to comply to our clients requirements. we complete the job in the shortest space of time to reduce the inconvienience to the client. Customer satisfaction is our aim.

Company History

T C Leonard was set up in 1996. By Tim leonard the proprietor, after having experience of sub contracting for several Loft Conversion Companies.Since then the company has gone from strength to strength, completing not only Loft conversions but garage conversions and general extensions.

Why choose us?

We can supply a full service from start i.e plans drawn up and submitted to the relevant authority to finish when all completion certificates are supplied. Our quotes are all completed by Tim in person NOT sales people therefore the client recieves a full quote immediately. They don`t have to wait for weeks for the survey to be costed. Added to that Tim can answer any question there and then that they may have whereas sales people inevitably have to get back to the client with the answer. We can complete a full conversion build normally in less than six weeks. Added to this Tim takes total control over all builds. We are a family company and pass our knowledge on to our clientel. We are allways approachable.

Experience/ Qualifications.

Tim qualified as apprentice carpenter of the year at NVQ level 3 Site Manager.

Our other staff are qualified carpenters,our sub contractor plumbers are all corgi registered, and our electricians are part P registered all to meet with todays exacting standards.

Our staff comprise of Architect, Scaffolders, Carpenters, Electricians, Plumbers , Plasterers, Tilers, Roofers. We can also supply Interior designers, decorators and carpet fitters.
